To strengthen our dynamic team Eurofins Umwelt Nord GmbH, we are looking for you as a Regional Sales Team Manager (M/W/D) in full-time and indefinite employment.
As a Regional Sales Team Manager (M/W/D), you will lead and develop your regional sales team and set clear goals with them.
You actively shape the implementation of the sales strategy in your region – in close coordination with the sales management and with a view to sustainable growth.
You strategically and target-orientedly manage regional sales activities to achieve and expand sales, results, and market share goals.
You analyze sales figures precisely, derive effective measures from them, and ensure transparency through professional reporting.
As a central interface, you coordinate sales-related processes with laboratory management, sample collection planning, and order management and ensure that customer needs are always met.
You have a completed degree in business, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification that equips you for demanding sales tasks.
Your several years of experience in B2B sales – ideally in environmental analysis or in the laboratory sector – show that you can confidently manage complex customer structures.
In a comparable leadership role, you have already proven that you successfully develop and strategically lead teams to success.
You convince through excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a clear goal orientation.
You are proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and sales-related analysis tools and use them to actively manage your sales activities.
You are willing to travel within your region and have very good German language skills in both spoken and written form – English skills are a plus.
