Job Description

As A Regional Sales Team Manager (M/W/D) You Will Lead And Develop Your Regional Sales Team And Set Clear Goals Together With Them.

You Will Actively Shape The Implementation Of The Sales Strategy In Your Region – In Close Coordination With The Sales Management And With A View To Sustainable Growth.

You Will Strategically And Purposefully Manage Regional Sales Activities To Achieve And Expand Sales, Results And Market Share Targets.

You Will Analyze Sales Figures Precisely, Derive Effective Measures From Them And Ensure Transparency Through Professional Reporting.

As The Central Interface You Will Coordinate Sales-Related Processes With Laboratory Management, Sample Collection Planning And Order Management And Ensure That Customer Needs Are Always Met.

Qualifications

You Have A Completed Degree In Business Administration, Natural Sciences Or A Comparable Qualification That Equips You For Demanding Sales Tasks.

Your Several Years Of Experience In B2B Sales – Ideally In Environmental Analysis Or In The Laboratory Field – Shows That You Can Confidently Manage Complex Customer Structures.

In A Comparable Leadership Role You Have Already Proven That You Successfully Develop Teams And Lead Them To Success Strategically.

You Convince With Excellent Communication Skills, Entrepreneurial Thinking And A Clear Goal Orientation.

You Routinely Handle Crm Systems, Ms Office And Sales-Relevant Analysis Tools And Use Them To Actively Manage Your Sales Activities.

You Have Travel Readiness Within Your Region And Very Good German Skills In Speech And Writing – English Skills Are A Plus.
