Job Description

Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Account Executive to own our Kansas City and Missouri market. The Sales Account Executive integrates the roles of account executive and strategic market manager to achieve organic growth for a defined region within Eurofins Environment Testing.

Key Functions:

  1. Manage and grow an assigned book of business.
  2. Drive new business development within the Kansas City and Missouri market.
  3. Partner with operations and marketing to execute strategic growth plans that align with Eurofins Environment Testing's business objectives.
  4. Own and deliver on regional sales revenue targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by building and expanding relationships with environmental consulting firms, industrial clients, and other key market segments.
  • Conduct regular on-site client visits to develop new opportunities and strengthen partnerships (travel required).
  • Develop and implement territory-specific marketing and sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Sales to engage and grow national accounts in your region.
  • Partner with Eurofins marketing teams to launch regional initiatives and highlight our unique value in environmental testing.
  • Leverage Eurofins' unmatched capabilities — from industry-leading PFAS turnaround times to the nation's highest TCLP capacity — to deliver client solutions that competitors can't match.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Proven ability to grow sales in a competitive, B2B environment; experience in environmental consulting or laboratory services strongly preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and own your territory with an emphasis on prospecting new targets with growth potential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to travel around the territory up to 50% of your time.

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 Base with quarterly sales growth commission plan, Bi-weekly car allowance, Benefits, Company Matching 401K and PTO plans.
