To strengthen our team of the Eurofins Institut Jaeger GmbH, we are looking for you as a Sales Assistant (m/w/d) for the nearest possible time at the location of Tübingen in full-time initially in a fixed-term employment with the option for takeover.

Job Description

As a Sales Assistant (m/w/d), you actively support our account managers in customer care, especially in the processing of small customers.

You create price offers and invoices according to the specifications of the account managers and put together all documents required for the contracts.

The maintenance of customer master data and price agreements in our database is also part of your duties.

A large part of your area of responsibility includes the processing of emails, conducting telephone conversations, and handling general correspondence.

You support internal and external appointments, help organize meetings, and coordinate with other departments.

Finally, as a Sales Assistant (m/w/d), you are the good spirit of the team, support your colleagues (m/w/d), and thus contribute to developing our location to the market leader in the field of environmental analysis.

Qualifications

Whether with a completed education or as a lateral entrant (m/w/d) - you convince with your organizational talent, your pronounced service-mindedness, and your customer orientation.

Ideally, you have a commercial or scientific education, for example, as a commercial clerk for office management (m/w/d), CTA (m/w/d), or laboratory technician (m/w/d).

In addition to empathy, you are characterized by very good communication skills and a pronounced IT affinity.

Your calm and friendly nature makes you a valuable support for the team.

As a team player, you actively get involved, support where you can, and act straightforwardly in dealing with colleagues (m/w/d) and customers (m/w/d).

With your proactive way of working and pronounced comprehension, it is easy for you to quickly and safely work yourself into new areas of activity.

You master the German language fluently in speech and writing and score with very good English skills.
