- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in science or a related field, with an MBA being desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively successful supervisory experience is required, showcasing a strong leadership background.
- Candidates should possess at least 5 years of sales and sales management experience, preferably within the environmental laboratory business.
- Extensive knowledge of general business terms and concepts is essential for success in this role.
