The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth as a hunter role
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer and prospect CRM database, identifying potential customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives
The role involves monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing and sales activities, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution of complaints and feedback
Additional duties include planning, organizing, and controlling department activities, conducting resources and manpower planning, and analyzing customer feedback on project works and laboratory services
The Sales Executive will also be involved in sales visits, cold calls to potential clients, and supervising samples collection and reports/certificates delivery activities

Proven track record in sales and marketing strategies with a focus on driving business growth and achieving sales targets
Experience in managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to inform marketing and sales strategies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and eLIMS platforms for maintaining customer data and project files
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance sales performance
