- Achieve sales targets in genomics for Tamil Nadu and Kerala regions
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales in the assigned territory
- Collect customer and market feedback and report findings to the organization
- Analyze sales data, forecast periodically, and report to zonal heads
- Build brand awareness by presenting company offerings to potential and existing customers

- Experience in genomics business, particularly in next-generation sequencing, oligo and probes, and sequencing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the genomics industry
- Ability to develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
- Strong skills in developing creative sales and marketing strategies for a specific territory
- Willingness to travel extensively (80% of the time) to meet potential and existing customers
