The Revenue Programs & Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the revenue organization through process optimization, analytics, forecasting discipline, systems management, and cross-functional program execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve revenue performance, reduce revenue leakage, increase visibility, and create scalable operational processes.
The ideal candidate has experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience with Salesforce CRM, forecasting methodologies, reporting, and operational process improvement is strongly preferred.
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations within the United States.
Benefits and Perks
Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 + annual bonus per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
