GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner (Sales)
The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations team at Everlaw acts as the strategic and operational backbone for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience organizations. We are a team of problem-solvers and business builders who partner with GTM leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver insights that accelerate growth. We work cross-functionally to ensure our GTM teams have the strategy, data, and processes needed to succeed.
As the GTM S&O Business Partner for Sales, you will be the primary strategic and operational thought partner to our Sales leadership. You will be responsible for driving the annual business plan, defining and managing territories and quotas, providing actionable insights through pipeline and forecast analysis, and leading projects to optimize our sales processes. This role is a critical link between our Sales organization and the broader GTM strategy, ensuring our sales engine is running efficiently and effectively to hit our ambitious growth targets.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
In your first few months, you will…
- Integrate into the company through our comprehensive onboarding process, learning about our product, our teams, and our goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our current sales processes, performance metrics, and GTM data infrastructure.
- Build strong partnerships with regional Sales VPs and front-line managers, establishing yourself as their trusted advisor.
- Begin to own core operational cadences, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and weekly business reporting.
- Take ownership of a key strategic project, such as analyzing segment performance or improving our lead-to-opportunity conversion process.
In your role, you'll…
- Act as primary business partner to Sales leaders to help them run their teams – you will be on the frontline of providing leverage, insights, advice, and data-driven PoVs to inform the decisions of the teams you support.
- Provide Sales leaders and the broader GTM and company leadership an external and objective point of view on the operations and performance of the business.
- Aid in developing the GTM structure and strategy for supported teams including coverage models, team structure, roles and responsibilities, segmentation and territory methodology.
- Execute annual planning for supported teams.
- Support day-to-day operations of the team either through direct support or by facilitating connections and collaboration with appropriate cross-functional teams.
- Aid in development of incentive programs for supported teams across MBOs, SPIFFs, and variable compensation.
- Understand and report on the status and performance of supported teams through ad hoc and recurring rhythm of the business reporting and readouts.
- Manage engagement with the GTM systems and process teams on behalf of supported teams to develop systems, tools, and processes to support them
You are a great fit if you have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or a related GTM role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in sales planning, including territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools (like Excel, Google Sheets); familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality; you are comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and taking initiative to drive projects to completion.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- The expected salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $152,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
