- The Sales Executive will focus primarily on selling developer-owned and Portfolio Builder real estate within Suncadia Resort.
- Responsibilities include promoting the real estate brokerage business and soliciting additional clients for property sales.
- The role requires compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing real estate sales in Washington.
- The Sales Executive must be familiar with all properties listed for sale and ensure that all contracts are made in the name of the Broker.
- Participation in professional education, training, and development seminars is required to maintain the real estate license in good standing.

- The ideal candidate will have an active Washington State Real Estate License and a minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience, particularly in resort communities.
- Strong knowledge of the Suncadia Resort community and surrounding areas is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial for building relationships with clients and families.
- The candidate should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required to effectively perform job duties.
