We are currently seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (Kazahstan market).

We believe you will:

  • Make outbound calls to clients or prospects as assigned.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
  • Listen actively to customers' needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the system.
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time, organize meetings with BDM and sales goals.
  • Contribute to team goals by supporting colleagues and sharing feedback.

We expect you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Fluency in Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Monthly salary ranges from 1770 EUR to 2210 EUR gross (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
