We are currently seeking a talented Sales operational manager (China).

We believe you will:

  • Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service;
  • Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery;
  • Ensure timely and effective claim and demurrage management;
  • Administrate international transportation documents;
  • Analyze customer KPI and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service;
  • Fluent in English and Russian (written and oral). Proficiency in Chinese is a plus;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Quick orientation and good time planning and management skills;
  • Attention to detail, diligence, responsibility;
  • Fluent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Ability to successfully manage a large amount of information at one time.

Monthly salary ranges from 1770 EUR to 2210 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
