Sales Trainer & Program Manager, Sales Rotational Program

We're seeking a passionate and strategic Sales Trainer & Program Manager to lead our Sales Rotational Program, a high-impact initiative designed to develop early-career talent into the next generation of sales leaders. This role blends hands-on sales training with program ownership, offering a unique opportunity to shape both the learning experience and the career trajectory of high-potential talent.

You'll be the architect and facilitator of onboarding and training for roles such as Business Development Representatives and Client Support Specialists, while also managing the full lifecycle of the rotational program across sales functions, geographies, and customer segments.

Sales Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centered training programs that build core sales skills, product knowledge, and customer acumen.
  • Facilitate onboarding for early-career sales roles, creating scalable frameworks that reduce ramp time and drive consistent performance.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Support leaders to ensure training is aligned to business needs and role-specific success metrics.
  • Continuously assess skill gaps and performance trends to evolve training content and delivery methods.

Rotational Program Leadership

  • Own the strategy, structure, and execution of the Sales Rotational Program, ensuring it delivers meaningful, growth-oriented experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to identify impactful rotation assignments and stretch projects.
  • Manage program logistics including onboarding, rotation planning, mentorship pairings, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, mentors, and business leaders, fostering engagement and alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate communications and feedback loops to ensure clarity, preparedness, and momentum throughout the program.
  • Track KPIs such as retention, promotion rates, ramp time, and satisfaction to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to executive sponsors and HR leadership.
  • Champion innovation in learning by exploring new tools, platforms, and methodologies.
