- The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting outbound leads through cold outreach and setting high-value meetings

- The Associate will learn consultative selling and execute the sales strategy through best-in-class outbound motion
- Responsibilities include identifying and contacting prospective clients, building a pipeline, and qualifying outbound opportunities
- The role also involves collaborating with Account Executives, managing follow-ups, and consistently building a sales pipeline

- Experienced sales professional with at least 2 years of sales experience and a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Tech-savvy individual with experience in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo or proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on detail and a customer-first mentality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a passion for fintech or eCommerce being a plus
- Ability to celebrate change, embrace accountability, and work collaboratively in a fast-growing organization
