Role – Sales and CRM BA
Level - Senior
Responsibilities, Skills and Expertise -
Act as a trusted advisor in understanding and analyzing client's business problem / vision, conduct current state assessment with business stakeholders via workshop, questionnaire, interview etc, analyze the collected datapoints / artefacts and provide meaningful insights / recommendations for future state design.
Any of below domain / function expertise are preferred –
Sales and CRM – B2B / B2C sales strategy, sales planning, lead & funnel mgmt., field & territory mgmt., Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, Sales operating models design, business case & transformation roadmap development.
Must have vertical & Industry Experience in Insurance sales / CRM transformation.
