Business Development
The Business Development Representative is a strategic position requiring an in-depth knowledge of how technology is used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges. This position requires strategic thinking/planning coupled with tactical execution of identified business opportunities. In this role you are responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly handed off and nurtured through the sales process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
The annual base pay for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 with a variable, commission-based component that supports total on target earnings of $60,000 to 72,000 or more upon meeting and/or exceeding quota attainment. This role is structured with an 80/20 pay mix, combining a strong base salary with meaningful performance-based upside.
