The Sales Operations Partner is responsible for identifying, activating, and operationalizing net-new and underpenetrated accounts to accelerate GTM growth. The Sales Operations Partner responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify net-new and underpenetrated, high-potential accounts not currently present in Salesforce
  • Enrich accounts using firmographic, technographic, and intent data sources
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to ingest accounts into Salesforce
  • Define and execute account assignment logic and routes to market
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance for whitespace accounts
  • Track engagement and performance of whitespace accounts across Marketing and Sales
  • Analyze why accounts engage or fail to engage and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Continuously refine whitespace models and prioritization criteria based on outcomes
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing Analytics and Sales Analytics teams
  • Support GTM leadership by answering strategic questions related to missed opportunity
  • Identify process and data improvements to support scalable whitespace execution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
