The Role:

As a Sales Repairs Associate at FAAC Automatische Deuren, you will be responsible for optimizing the sales of repairs, solutions, and modernizations within your assigned region. You will work closely with various departments such as Project Sales, Account Managers, and Contract Management. You are the one who, both commercially and administratively, ensures that our customers receive the best possible service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Sales Repairs: You will be in daily contact with customers and technicians, often following up on on-site repairs, to identify additional maintenance and repair needs.
• Lead Generation: You will research sales opportunities with existing and potential customers, generate leads, and pass them on to account management.
• Quotations: You will prepare quotations within the guidelines of Services Sales and monitor the progress of quotations and outstanding work.
• Customer Contact: You will act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, actively maintaining contact through various channels such as email, phone, and Teams.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues from Customer Care, the team leader, and other departments to provide the best service to the customer.
• Reporting: You will enter customer data into our system and provide input for Services Sales reports.

• A salary depending on knowledge and experience between €2800 and €3400 gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
