Due to expansion, they are in need of a Regional Sales Manager. Location: Lagos. Job Summary: To lead, manage, and grow Shara's commercial operations within the newly created East Region (Anambra, Delta, and Enugu states). This is a foundational leadership role tasked with building a high-performing team, developing robust market strategies, and establishing the East Region as a top-tier, profitable contributor to Shara's portfolio. The manager will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, while ensuring portfolio health and operational excellence.
