We are seeking an ideal sales leader with deep experience in B2B technology sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving business transformation through innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Snapnet's business goals.
Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key enterprise accounts.
Drive the sales of Snapnet's portfolio of services including Microsoft Cloud Solutions, AI & Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, ERP/CRM Systems, and Custom Software Development.
Identify new market opportunities and support entry strategies into untapped sectors.
Track sales team performance, manage forecasting, and ensure pipeline health via CRM tools.
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
Train and mentor the sales team to build a strong talent pipeline.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the ICT/Enterprise Solutions space, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in enterprise technology sales.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365), and familiarity with SaaS and cloud business models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strategic thinker with operational rigor and a hands-on leadership style.
