In the role of Sales Assistant at the Fiorentina Store, your task will be to provide an unforgettable shopping experience for all Fiorentina fans in the store, ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will always represent the company (Fanatics International) and the brand (ACF Fiorentina) in the best possible way.
The sites where you will be assigned to your duties and where you will carry out your working day are the following:
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Contribute to maintaining the store in excellent condition by performing all daily routine activities, including visual merchandising.
Ensure the store is always perfectly restocked.
Contribute actively to the receipt and storage of delivered goods.
Use cash register tools.
Customize products (game jerseys, cups, etc.).
Adhere to all daily procedures, including regular cleaning.
Previous experience in retail is preferable but not essential as complete training will be offered. A strong passion for football and generally for the world of sports is required. Predisposition to contact with the public. Availability to work on shifts. Availability to work on weekends/holidays and home match days for Fiorentina.
Good level of English.
Temporary contract for 6 months. The list of duties is not to be considered complete and the candidate will be required to perform all tasks regularly expected from the job level/role.
