Role
In the role of Temporary Sales Assistant at the Fiorentina Stores Duomo and Porta Rossa, your task will be to provide all Fiorentina fans with an unforgettable shopping experience in the store, ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You will always represent the company (Fanatics International) and the brand (Fiorentina) in the best possible way.
Remember that the sites where you will be assigned to your duties and where you will carry out your working day are the following:
Responsibilities
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Contribute to maintaining the store in excellent condition by performing all daily routine operations, including visual merchandising activities
Ensure that the store is always perfectly restocked
Contribute actively to the receipt and storage of delivered goods
Use cash register tools
Customization of products (match jerseys, cups, etc.)
Adhere to all daily procedures, including regular cleaning
Experience
Previous experience in retail is preferable but not essential as complete training will be offered
A strong passion for football and in general for the world of sports is required
Disposition to contact with the public
Availability to work on shifts
Availability to work on weekends/holidays and home match days.
Good level of English
Type Contract
Intermittent Contract 6 + 6 months
