Pay: $17–$18 per hour (dependent upon experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Near San Pablo Blvd and JTB (Jacksonville, FL) Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire, On-Site

We are immediately seeking a dependable and personable Inside Sales Support Representative to handle inbound calls from both new and existing clients. This role focuses on order-taking, customer support, and quoting within a small, quiet office environment.

The company supplies aggregate materials including gravel, sand, lime, river stone, and related products to a variety of customers. The owner brings 30+ years of industry experience and is actively growing the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from marketing campaigns and existing customers
• Provide quotes and accurately take customer orders
• Deliver strong customer service while identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Learn and understand company products and pricing
• Assist with basic invoicing through QuickBooks (training provided)
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone on all calls

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or phone-based roles preferred
• Strong communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills (no Excel required)
• Ability to work in a quiet, small office setting
• Dependable, coachable, and customer-focused
