The Europe Sales Enablement team collaborates closely with other functions in FedEx and Sales to design and implement Go to Sales plans, developed using Best In Class change management tools, impacting Customers and Sales Europe and to deliver on our vision to be recognized as a critical business partner with our internal stakeholders, enabling profitable revenue growth in line with our commercial priorities, supporting cost and corrupted selling time reduction.

Within the Europe Sales Enablement team, you will have responsibility for Sales Communications. Working closely with other FedEx functions and our Internal Customers (Sales Europe) you will:

  • Understand the changes and support your Education and Enablement colleagues in creating effective communication collateral, to drive Sales awareness and engagement
  • Understand the impact (benefits) for Sales and customers in order to create an implement Sense Making communications across all of the changes/initiatives being implemented
  • Gain an understanding of all of the initiatives/changes which need to be communicated to Sales in order to create overarching messages /storylines which is aligned to our Commercial principles
  • Identify and implement measures which enable us to track the effectiveness, quality and consistency of all communications
  • Design and implement tools to solicit and collect feedback on communication activities, to continuously improve format, distribution methods and quality of information.
  • Work closely with Regional Educational Specialists to ensure all communications are customized, to incorporate Regional, Country and/or Segment specifics where required
  • Ensure all communications are delivered to targeted audiences and consolidated where appropriate to reduce the level of communications to Sales
  • Follow FedEx and Education and Enablement defined practices and procedures
  • Lead and/or contribute towards developing forward looking initiatives and use benchmarking techniques to ensure Enablement remains Best in Class
  • Think from customer and Sales perspective to ensure all communications are developed with our customers in mind.

Exposure to diverse cross-functional business partners expanding your knowledge, internal network and developing your business acumen.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Fluent spoken and written English with previous experience working through English

Experience with email platforms e.g. Poppulo

Experience using science-based change management theories to simplify and tailor content to maximise the effectiveness of the change preferred

Experience using science-based Communication strategies - preferred

Experience in Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Communication environment is a plus

Basic analytical and Project Management experience preferred

Experience in leading project teams in the delivery of projects /initiatives

Experience in communicating at all organizational levels and with all cultures within the organization (stakeholder management)

Proven track record in developing communication strategies and programs to engage and educate internal audiences and external stakeholders

Experience in developing or managing internal and external communication campaigns, issues or crisis management or corporate wide programs for large complex projects or initiatives

Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track progress

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office & PC Skills; Storytelling, Presentation Skills.
