Worldwide Local Inside Sales Representative (WWIS-L) – Chargé(e) de Ventes Sédentaires Support Grands Comptes

Your role: You join a sales team dedicated to developing revenue with large clients. Your mission relies on:

  • The quality of your relationships with your clients,
  • Supporting the implementation of existing framework agreements,
  • Generating new business opportunities within a defined global client portfolio.

Position: Worldwide Local Inside Sales Representative (WWIS-L) – Sales Representative Supporting Large Accounts

  • You manage a portfolio of large clients (revenue ≤ $40,000).
  • You collaborate closely with:
    • European large account managers (WWAE-R), distributed across Europe and English-speaking regions,
    • As well as local field sales representatives.
  • Your key performance indicators (KPI) focus on:
    • Creating and closing business opportunities,
    • Client follow-up (phone, video conference),
    • Developing long-term trust relationships.
  • You develop pricing proposals for national and international markets.

Competencies sought:

  • Mastery of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong motivation, customer orientation, and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Influence skills, persuasion, and customer service
  • Team spirit, sense of judgment, and decision-making
  • Commercial training and ideally a successful first experience in telemarketing
