What you will be doing:
1. Analyze Sales Data & Identify Trends - Examine sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to uncover insights that drive revenue growth. Evaluate company, industry, and competitor data to identify opportunities and risks. Build dashboards and reports to visualize patterns and KPIs.
2. Develop Actionable Recommendations - Translate data findings into strategic recommendations that improve sales processes and solution offerings.
3. Support Sales Teams With Insights - Work closely with sales reps and managers to help them understand performance metrics and optimize their approach. Provide insights that help sales teams tailor solutions to customer needs.
4. Optimize Sales Processes & Tools - Improve the efficiency of the sales pipeline by identifying bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements. Support CRM optimization, data hygiene, and workflow improvements. Evaluate and implement tools that help sales teams deliver solutions more effectively.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with marketing, supply chain, product, and finance teams to align sales solutions with broader business goals.
6. Reporting & Communication - Present findings to leadership and sales teams in clear, compelling formats. Create regular performance reports, solution impact analyses, and executive summaries.
