The role designed for you

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Backselling, while working closely with the Area Manager for Portugal you will be managing a personal portfolio of brands and design agencies across your assigned area. Based preferably in Lisbon, with also a possibility in Porto, you will play a key role in achieving our company's sales targets through a non-commercial role, working across both geographical areas.

You will partner with End-Users such as agencies, graphic designers and brands, supporting them in developing new projects using our specialty papers. Paper technical know-how, customer sensitivity, creativity and strong project management skills are essential for this role. You will strengthen Fedrigoni's market presence and ensure alignment with the company's commercial strategy. Your main responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with End-Users, promoting Fedrigoni products, services and innovations, working closely with the local sales team.
• Managing your own portfolio of End-Users through regular visits and projects development, identifying the most suitable paper solutions to meet their needs.
• Cooperating with Sales colleagues to finalize sales through printers and converters.
• Maintaining a strong communication flow with Customer Support and Bespoke colleagues for proper project execution.
• Ensuring high-quality CRM data, mapping all projects and opportunities, defining must-win battles, monitoring team updates to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
• Coordinating and attending local events, workshops, campaigns, and customer activations.
• Identifying and prospecting potential new customers.
• Assisting your direct manager in monitoring market trends, dynamics, risks, and opportunities to further expand our footprint and identify new markets for our papers.
• Being responsible for coordinating samples distribution to your customers base.
• Eventually sharing information and collaborating with other global teams.

The attitudes and skills we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in promotional/commercial roles, ideally within the paper, printing, publishing, graphic design, packaging, or Luxury Fashion/cosmetics industries, or in agencies.
• A Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Creativity, proactivity, high motivation and goal-orientation.
• Passion —or open to becoming passionate—about the world of Special Papers.
• A strong commercial attitude and customer orientation, with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish, Italian or French are considered a plus).
