Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Key Account Sales Representative. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities

As a Key Account Sales Representative, you will:

• Collaborate with Outside Sales associates by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met
• Support the Outside Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing
• Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and respond to sales calls for general information

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience is preferred
• Be goal oriented, self-motivated, manage relationships, and enjoy a team environment
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to balance multiple tasks
• Pleasant personality for phone sales
• Possess enthusiasm, courtesy, and articulation
• Be service minded and congenial
• General computer skills including Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $18.50 - $40.19

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
