Currently, the National Accounts team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The National Account Operations team works with each of the Business Group's National Account team to drive profitable growth, lead the new account implementation process, develop and support internal and external reporting, and provide direct support to National Accounts for on-going account management.
This role has direct contact with our Field Sales organization, Branches, MRO Solution Center, National Account Managers, Price Management, Marketing, Strategic Products Group and many others. Most importantly there is direct customer contact supporting our overall strategic relationship and growth plans. The average National Account customer exceeds $1MM in sales annually.
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Problem Solving:
This is a key component to this position. Understanding how pricing is derived, how to work with national and local pricing, the impact of vendor contracts, and how customers are linked together are key aspects that require problem solving on a regular basis.

$3,600.00 - $5,866.30 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
