Ferguson is currently seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our team! This position will focus on Multifamily HVAC projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
  • Build & manage product submittals to ensure projects meet engineering scope.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records on project status and needs with Quotations.
  • Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
  • Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project
  • Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays
  • Work directly with Quotations, Sales, and Clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
  • Conduct regular, on-going project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment
  • Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers & Sales Management to ensure projects are carried out according to plan

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant Sales or Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Industry knowledge is preferred
  • Project Management Professional certification highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
  • Detail-orientated with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work

Pay Range: $4,500.00 - $9,716.30 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
