✨ About The Role

- As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting into accounts to secure meetings and qualify sales opportunities. - You will work closely with the Marketing team to optimize the lead funnel and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Opportunities. - Researching accounts, identifying key players, and developing relationships with important stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. - You will provide potential prospects with information about Fiddler and the value of its products. - Conducting conversations with decision-makers, influencers, and project stakeholders will be essential to your role. - Collaboration with experienced Enterprise Sales Account Executives and sales leaders will help you learn and evolve the opportunity qualification and pipeline creation process. - Meeting and exceeding quarterly quotas will be expected, with support from managers and teammates. - Participation in regular sales enablement sessions will provide opportunities to learn from experienced sales professionals. - This role offers a chance to make an impact by helping reduce algorithmic bias and ensuring ethical AI practices across various industries.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1.5 years of sales experience in roles such as Sales Development, Account Executive, or Business Development. - A strong motivation to grow into an Inside Sales Rep or Commercial Account Executive position is essential for success in this role. - Experience in interacting with customers and conducting discovery calls to identify sales opportunities is highly valued. - A competitive team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment will excel in this position. - Familiarity with enterprise technology, data science, machine learning, or AI will be considered a plus. - The candidate should possess a positive and energetic attitude while managing a high volume of daily activities. - Proficiency in using CRM and sales engagement applications, particularly Hubspot, is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills are necessary to engage in high-level technical conversations with potential customers. - A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.
