Vice President, Retirement Director
The Vice President, Retirement Director will be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales goals, developing new and maintaining existing client relationships with Investment Professionals in a defined territory.
The Expertise We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the Retirement market and working with Investment Professionals/Employers.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
The Purpose of Our Role:
Fidelity's Retirement Director (field-based retirement plan specialist), will need to work collaboratively with an internal partner to develop, target and build a business plan for a specific territory. Prospective clients are developed through multiple strategies including internal distribution partners and through investment professionals at financial institutions nationwide, including wirehouses, regional and independent broker/dealers, banks, trust companies and insurance companies, registered investment advisors and consultants.

- Offer Investment Professionals our retirement plan expertise to help build their business through prospecting and lead generation ideas, industry trends, and insightful competitive data.
