About The Role

As a Sales Executive – Payments, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling FIS payment solutions to banks and financial institutions across Belgium. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and position FIS as a trusted partner in transforming the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

You'll join a dynamic, high-performing sales team focused on delivering innovative payment solutions to financial institutions. Collaboration and strategic thinking are at the heart of what we do.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow FIS's footprint in Belgium's banking sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CEO, CIO, COO) and key decision-makers.
• Present FIS's payment solutions and value proposition to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

What You Will Need

• Proven track record in sales within financial services or fintech, ideally selling payment solutions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
