✨ About The Role

- Lead and coach a team of BDRs across London, Paris, and Berlin to support EMEA sub-regions and customer segments - Establish clear processes and develop pipeline generation strategies to drive consistent meetings and pipeline for the business - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximize impact for Sales and Figma - Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members as the business scales - Report on team's attainment against quota, analyze key performance indicators, and drive performance against goals

⚡ Requirements

- Experience in managing SDR/BDR teams with a focus on driving performance and meeting goals - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively lead and coach a diverse team - Ability to establish clear processes and develop strategies for pipeline generation - Prior experience in tech/SaaS sales and managing teams supporting multiple segments and regions is a plus - Operationally excellent and data-driven mindset with a strategic view on driving consistency and scalability
