- Responsible for designing and implementing enablement programs for the EMEA Sales Team, focusing on the Enterprise segment - Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for Sales teams to ensure success in their roles - Measure program effectiveness and impact on business outcomes - Collaborate with go-to-market teams to improve training programs and selling motions - Cultivate strong relationships with the Commercial Sales team and Leaders
