✨ About The Role
- Lead a team of Account Executives to foster a successful environment and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through high-velocity inbound and outbound sales
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings, help shape and develop sales processes and initiatives, and manage team performance including accurate forecasting and pipeline generation
- Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales, working closely with other departments to continue the growth of the product suite
- Develop a team responsible for driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to the company's bottom line

âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced sales leader with a minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales and 2 years in a management role, preferably within SMB SaaS sales processes
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistently over-performing sales teams, with a collaborative and hard-working approach
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, able to embrace change and drive meaningful relationships with customers
- Comfortable working with Fortune 1000 customers and collaborating with various teams including Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Community
- Ability to understand technical and competitive landscapes, while being agile, dynamic, and a true team player
