✨ About The Role

- Responsible for managing onboarding globally and facilitating sales-specific training sessions - Continuously evolving the onboarding program based on business and product changes and feedback - Building strong relationships with sales managers to support their onboarding, coaching, and business success - Collaborating with the wider enablement team to incorporate new content and collateral into the program - Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement (onboarding) and working full-time from the San Francisco hub

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced in sales enablement and sales-related roles with at least 4 years of combined experience - Skilled in facilitating onboarding training sessions for new hires, both in-person and virtually - Comfortable managing onboarding for multiple roles within a global organization - Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other sales enablement tools - Capable of analyzing data and metrics to measure training effectiveness
