✨ About The Role

- The role involves researching new opportunities in Europe and analyzing the crypto market to assist with outreach efforts. - The Account Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by selling Figment's staking services across various networks. - Achieving and exceeding sales targets, including acquiring new customers and increasing revenue, is a key responsibility. - The position includes relationship management for European clients, providing onboarding and ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. - The role requires collaboration with the Head of EMEA to ensure that Figment's brand and values are positively represented in the region.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in the tech or fintech sectors. - A successful candidate will be based in London or Europe and able to attend events and work in the office approximately three days a week. - Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential, particularly in the context of new business development. - Experience in leading sales initiatives in the UK or European market, with a focus on scaling revenue to at least $100M, is crucial. - The candidate should have a strong background in selling to European crypto exchanges, brokerages, and trading platforms.
