✨ About The Role
- Drive business growth in the LATAM region by identifying and executing on new opportunities to increase revenue for the institutional staking business
- Play a key role in supporting major regulatory/policy efforts and ensuring Figment operates in full compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Be the face of Figment in the region, including representation in media engagements, conferences, and industry forums
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams in the US and Canada to inform products and user experiences highly-adapted to the needs of regional clients
- Provide Figment’s leadership team with insights on regional market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic corporate opportunities
âš¡ Requirements
- Must have experience leading tech or fintech sales initiatives in the LATAM market, and scaling it to at least $100M in revenue
- Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual new business sales targets
- Excellent business communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first organization
- Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with a familiarity of staking
- Self-starter who is excited at the prospect of growing a business in a fast developing sector
