About The Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist (Western Canada), you'll be at the heart of Financeit's merchant network, connecting with business owners, finance managers, and sales teams across Alberta and Western Canada who use our platform to turn big purchases into easy monthly payments. You'll reignite relationships with inactive merchants, coach active ones to grow their sales, and help them make financing a seamless part of their customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with our merchants and internal stakeholders in Alberta and Western Canada.
  • Drive growth with existing merchants, focusing on reactivating accounts and expanding volume.
  • Triage merchant loan issues to the appropriate teams and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Use expert product knowledge and sales consultation to increase merchant activity.
  • Regularly update merchants on the Financeit program and process.
  • Teach merchants how to use our set of tools to position financing and offer monthly payments.
  • Teach merchants how to sell monthly payments including presentations and objections handling
  • Ensure compliance to our approval and risk requirements.
