We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join our Payments Chief Revenue Office (CRO) organisation and play a central role in shaping the customer-facing content that supports our Go to Market (GTM) strategy. This is an influential, high-visibility position where your work will directly support Sales teams across EMEA, the US and APAC as they engage with some of the world's largest financial institutions.
Working closely with senior stakeholders in Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services, you will transform complex information into clear, compelling, and polished collateral that positions our solutions effectively and accelerates deal progression. As our Sales Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, customer-ready content—including presentations, pitch decks, solution overviews, and statements of work—that can be leveraged across a variety of client scenarios. You will take ownership of gathering insights from multiple teams, simplifying technical and services-related material, and shaping it into concise, well-structured GTM assets.
Because Sales often moves quickly, you will play a key role in helping the organisation keep pace by ensuring accurate, well-positioned content is readily available. This involves navigating multiple teams, proactively gathering information, and operating independently and with confidence. You will work closely with the Senior Director, Customer Value (based in Paris), collaborating in a highly supportive but autonomous environment.
This is a standout opportunity to shape the content that drives our GTM success. You will have significant exposure across Sales leadership and senior stakeholders, while contributing directly to strategic opportunities with global banks. The role also offers strong development pathways into Product Marketing, Marketing, or broader commercial roles. Based in our growing Lisbon hub, you will collaborate closely with teams across EMEA, the US and APAC, supporting high-value, high-impact initiatives.
