✨ About The Role
- The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for identifying, researching, prospecting, and creating new qualified opportunities that align with Finch’s value proposition.
- The role involves expanding the pipeline of qualified opportunities and building relationships by initiating sales conversations with prospects.
- The BDR will manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects while strategically partnering with account executives to create and execute playbooks for prioritized accounts.
- Conducting research and synthesizing information to create comprehensive account plans that reflect an understanding of customer needs is a key responsibility.
- The position requires sustaining a high level of daily outreach activity using multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Account Development Representative (ADR) role within an Enterprise SaaS company.
- A proven track record of exceeding lead targets is essential for success in this role.
- Strong communication, research, and presentation skills are necessary to effectively engage with prospects and convey Finch's value proposition.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required, with additional experience in Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator being a plus.
- The candidate should be a self-starter who is curious and determined to drive ideas from inception to completion.
