Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in scaling JobAuto, by winning potential partner companies for our employee benefit program JobAuto. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to account closing. With JobAuto, we target companies of all sizes that want to facilitate their employees' transition to (electric) mobility through salary conversion. With your passion for sales, an acute business sense, and an eye for the challenges of your customers, you will develop value-adding solutions together with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and bring the negotiations to a successful conclusion. This will have a significant impact on the success and growth of our JobAuto unit.

Your goals
- Land & expand: Your goal is to place our product with new business customers and thus lay the optimal basis for the long-term expansion of key accounts. To do this, you establish in-depth relationships with important decision-makers at VP and C-level.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: You are completely responsible for the acquisition of JobAuto customers, from active lead generation to qualification and closing. You have the opportunity to introduce new sales strategies for the acquisition of outbound leads.
- Know the market and our product: You develop a deep understanding of our offer in the area of mobility management and become an expert in the market of salary conversion for car subscriptions and our offer.
- Develop the JobAuto product further: You are in constant exchange with our customers, collect feedback, and identify potential for improvement to continuously further develop our product and the JobAuto customer journey. This ensures that we optimally utilize market opportunities, improve processes, and continuously increase customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- Successful completion of a (bachelor's) degree or equivalent experience.
- You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success in selling complex business solutions. Ideally, you have already had experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools.
- You are a communication talent and convince at different levels with your excellent argumentation and networking skills.
- You show bias for action and are keen to significantly develop our JobAuto sales unit.
- Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent contact person who works together with potential customers to develop solutions. You also enjoy acquiring new areas of responsibility to drive JobAuto forward.
- You speak fluent German and English confidently.
€62,000 - €95,000 a year The target salary for this position is 100% target achievement between €62,000 and €95,000 gross per year. This amount consists of a fixed basic salary and an uncovered commission. In addition, you benefit from virtual shares in the company's success (VSOP - Virtual Stock Option Plan). Your individual classification within this range will be determined during the application process and will depend on your experience, qualifications, and specific expertise. The stated range corresponds to our current planning at the time of publication; we reserve the right to make future adjustments in the context of market development.
