- As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities through cold calls and email outreach. - You will identify prospect pain points and articulate the Firmex value proposition to generate interest in product demonstrations. - Building contact lists of highly qualified prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo will be part of your responsibilities. - Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns targeting specific industries and accounts is expected. - Recording all sales activity and intelligence in Salesforce.com and reporting on success metrics will be required.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of B2B sales experience or be a recent post-secondary graduate eager to start a career in B2B technology sales. - A competitive mindset and a strong desire to win are essential traits for success in this role. - The candidate should possess a resilient attitude and a focus on continuous improvement. - Excellent written, presentation, and demonstration skills are necessary for effectively communicating with prospects. - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a strong team culture is important.
