Transactional Banking Sales Manager

Our Transactional Banking portfolio delivers receipting, reconciling, payment and digital solutions to our clients, using our leading solutions which are tailored to meet the needs of corporate and institutional clients. This covers a wide span of cash, card acquiring, electronic fund transfer (EFT), account services solutions and more.
Are you someone who can:
- Use your deep understanding of customer segmentation and data-driven communication to design and manage direct messaging campaigns across multiple channels.
- Identify and execute sales opportunities through client engagements to achieve transactional banking business goals
- Collaborate with other teams and apply the best practice sales tactics to package and pitch the best transactional banking solution for the client.
- Understand key market forces and identify opportunities.
- Provide consistent and professional delivery of sales and client management
- Understand the needs, demands, perceptions and banking behaviors
- Establish and maintain relationships with business partners to enable collaborative working relations to improve execution of objectives in line with Transactional business requirements.
- Provide input into corporate governance, compliance, integrity, and ethics policies in the Corporate Transactional Banking area to identify and manage risk exposure.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Are you a holder of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or any relevant degree?
- Have 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar sales environment, of which 1 - 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level,
- Have knowledge and experience of Transactional Banking products
- Can exceed product or sales execution targets
- Can engage and persuade senior internal and external stakeholders e.g. CFO, Treasurer.
