What a successful Sales Support Analyst does at Fiserv:

A successful Sales Support Analyst acts as a key piece between the Sales and Finance areas, ensuring that our partners are enabled and managed with excellence. We work to ensure that every contract, business rule, and financial data is transformed into clear and actionable information, aligned with the way our clients live and work today. In partnership with internal teams and external channels, we support business growth through organized processes, consistent analyses, and a high level of governance. What you will do:

• Accompany the pipeline of new partners from prospecting to formalization
• Issue contracts for approved partners in alignment with Sales and Legal
• Support the registration and onboarding flow of new partners, ensuring adherence to internal policies
• Control the expiration, renewal, and minimum productivity of partnership contracts
• Validate financial calculations and results of partners, ensuring consistency of data
• Act in close collaboration with Finance and Sales areas for alignment of rules and indicators
• Organize, document, and develop processes related to partner and contract management
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in area flows, controls, and indicators

What you need to have:

• Advanced Excel skills, including use of formulas, dynamic tables, and dashboards
• High analytical capacity to perform controls, reconciliations, and complex data cross-references
• Basic knowledge of SQL for queries and data extraction in relational databases
• Experience in financial calculation of partners, including minimum productivity and results
• Communication skills to "translate" numbers, rules, and indicators between Sales and Finance areas

What would be great to have (Desirable):

• Previous experience in payment companies, acquirers, fintechs, or franchise networks
• Knowledge of the payment market and partnership/commissioning models
• Advanced English for interaction with global materials and stakeholders
• Knowledge of VBA and/or automation tools for optimization of activities and processes
• Experience in automation of analysis, report, or operational control routines
