✨ About The Role
- The MDI Sales Executive will be responsible for building strategic relationships with senior leaders to acquire new clients for Fiserv products and solutions.
- The role involves selling solutions within Issuer Solutions, Card Services, Treasury Payments, Deposit, and Merchant Solutions.
- The Sales Executive will need to establish regular communication with clients at all levels and effectively articulate the Fiserv value proposition.
- The candidate will lead multiple opportunities concurrently through various stages of the selling cycle, identifying, executing, and closing new business.
- Developing account strategies, including growth plans, budgets, and project timelines, will be a key responsibility.
- The role requires negotiating pricing and contract terms while collaborating closely with relationship management on cross-sales opportunities.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development roles is required, with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Experience in technology software or services sales to large accounts is highly desirable.
- The candidate should possess a fundamental understanding of solution selling and have prior knowledge of Fiserv and former First Data product offerings.
- An MBA and bilingual capabilities would be advantageous.
