What Makes a Successful Sales Manager at Fiserv?

At Fiserv, a Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales of technology solutions, focusing on large accounts. Their mission is to strengthen the brand's positioning, maintain a lasting relationship with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Their success is measured in the ability to generate proposals that fit the specific needs of the client and translate technical capabilities into commercial benefits that meet those needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Attend to large accounts
  • Maintain and strengthen the client portfolio relationship and loyalty
  • Position the Fiserv brand in the market
  • Identify business opportunities
  • Generate value propositions in line with client needs
  • Accompany in the design of solutions, translating technical capabilities into commercial benefits

What You Need:

  • 6 years of experience leading technical sales of technology solutions for the technology industry
  • 6 years of experience in managing large accounts
  • Graduated from tertiary or university careers
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Strong communication skills

What Would Be Ideal To Have (Desirable):

  • 6 years of experience in interpersonal skills, high level of understanding of the client business, and negotiation capacity
  • 6 years of experience in creating innovative proposals
  • 6 years of experience in managing CRM and market analysis tools
  • 6 years of experience in customer loyalty strategies
  • Additional training in sales or account management
