What does a successful Sales Operations Analyst do at Fiserv?

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Fiserv, you play a crucial role in ensuring timely, responsive, and professional contracting support. What You Will Do:

  • Efficiently route legal documents through our workflow management tool and e-signature application, ensuring they are accurately filed in our enterprise contract repository.
  • Validate and verify data pertaining to requested contracts and their underlying agreements.
  • Oversee and manage contract templates, ensuring they meet company standards and are up-to-date.
  • Partner with client relationships and sales executives to verify legal documents, requests, and modifications of terms.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of terms against templates, identifying any deviations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for collecting approvals, information, and feedback from cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, security, product) during the signature process.
  • Ensure that final copies of agreements and documents are properly saved and stored for future reference.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in contracts or legal administration and/or an equivalent combination of education, work and or military experience.
  • Proficiency in a range of software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software.

What Would Be Great to Have:

  • Experience drafting various product and service technology contracts, including non-disclosure agreements.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Contract Point workflow software or similar tools.

Important information about this role:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
