We are looking for an Internal Sales Support Professional who will work in our office in İstanbul Anatolian Side. As part of the office sales team, you will need to work on your own initiative, work as a team and when necessary, take direction from managers. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, determined, and who thrives in customer focused situations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that sales support activities are undertaken to the high standard and processes set out by Flender.

What are my responsibilities?

• Prepares, reviews and books customer quotations.
• Reviews customer orders and checks consistency and completeness in cooperation with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Flender's sales or project management organization.
• Processing of orders.
• Interfaces with product/marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes.
• May determine discount rates applied at time of sale.
• May resolve issues related to transaction quality.
• May sign off on small/non-bids and proposals.
• Provides information to customers and/or general sales.
• Analyses end customers' needs and may support their decision-making process.
• Investigaates and pre-qualifies customer contacts/leads based on data analysis or remote customer contact.
• May act as back-office support for general duties.

Skills:

• Mechanical engineering experience is essential.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to manage own workload and priorities when appropriate.
